Cragend is a 16th century Northumberland farm remodelled by Lord Armstrong of Cragside to use hydraulic engineering. You are welcome to holiday at East Cottage, or B&B in the ‘Armstrong Wing’ and the ‘West Room’ of Cragend Grange

Historical Tours, vegetables in season, fresh free range eggs, locally roasted coffee, seasoned logs and suppliers of locally produced supplies. 
 

Just off the Sandstone Way near Rothbury and near National Trust and English Heritage sites. Cragside, Hadrians Wall, Alnwick Castle, Wallington, Gibside, Brinkburn Priory, Holy Island. Secure Bicycle storage area and bicycle repairs kits available. Specialised Parts can be arranged to be ready on arrival if notice is given. XC and road bicycles all welcome!
